Our Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) describes the methodologies we use to review processess and performance results, and assure they align with our customer’s mission and quality requirements. The Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Performance Requirements Summary (PRS) play a key role in the QAP as they describe the overall objectives and establish specific performance measurements and metrics used to assess performance from a contract, team, and individual perspective.
